Have you ever needed someone to come to your rescue? The man in this story was tormented by demons and needed help. Jesus rebuked the demons and freed the man.  When the man realised what Jesus had done for him his immediate response was, “Let me follow you!” He was filled with gratitude and wanted to stay with Jesus. Even when you are weak, you are still valuable to Jesus. He wants to set you free, too, and invite you to follow him.
